MediaScout® MiniChrom
Forget about tedious column packing with materials from different manufacturers! Save time and money with this universal tool for resin screening, method development and batch-to-batch validation of separations media.
MediaScout® MiniChrom columns are professionally packed with any resin or chromatography media chosen by the user. They are individually flow-packed to take account of the compressibility of each resin, so these columns provide a more accurate representation of conditions found in full scale columns. 3 different diameters are offered up to 10ml volume to provide optimised geometry.
Bed heights are in direct, logical ratio for easy comparative evaluation and bed volumes are accurate multiples of the 0.2 ml smallest bed volume.
The MiniChrom range is designed for qualitative resin screening experiments and/or small scale methods development work. They uniquely provide a reliably packed, valid evaluation system for comparisons of dissimilar resin types.
Further applications include fast desalting and process analytics.
