Global Marketing Program Manager - LC Columns & Supplies & Sample Preparation Portfolios (m/f)


  • Undergraduate degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biological Sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of demonstrated results in a marketing role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all timelines
  • Worldwide experience developing marketing programs to drive demand for new and existing products, as well as repeat purchasing and customer loyalty
  • Demonstrated experience developing justifications for marketing investments (ROI analysis)
  • Demonstrated results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal-focused plans that align with strategic objectives
  • Effective project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in chromatography and related markets
  • Knowledge and understanding of consumables & supplies customers in their laboratory environment and the channels that serve them
  • 2+ years working in an laboratory environment
  • Experience in digital marketing, marketing automation
  • Create innovative marketing strategies to grow business and capture market share for Consumables and Supplies business
  • Collaborate with field and channel partners to; analyze related competitive information, market and customer data; facilitate effective program development that meets multi-regional needs; ensure global efficacy of programs and align execution
  • Collaborate with product managers and marketing communications professionals to develop strategic product messaging and positioning translated into marketing collateral, promotion and commercialization plans
  • Perform financial analyses and build business cases for programs; Identifying target audiences and offers for a program; Working with marcom to develop program plans and the appropriate tactic mix; define training and content requirements for programs
  • Measure and evaluate the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs. Implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy & design, as required
