Project Manager Application Technology Food (m/w)

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in food technology, (food) chemistry, food science or in a related field (or equivalent work experience), preferred with experience in meat technology and/or processing
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in product development, application technology or customer-oriented R&D
  • Development and Application technology in the food industry with strong focus on meat products
  • Planning, implementation and control of interdepartmental development projects, including the coordination and support of external partners and customers
  • Organization, execution and documentation of laboratory work
  • Monitoring of market, competitors, and regulatory trends
  • Identification of new market - related developments and innovation approaches
  • Monitor technology developments and improve knowledge in related fields
  • Plan and execute sensory projects aligned with the sensory team located in Ladenburg, Germany to support developments
  • Support of local road shows, tech meetings and specific customer demo preparations
  • Support of sales and product management at trade shows and customer related activities
  • Contribute to mid-term application pipeline in close collaboration with the global Market Development Team and the European Application Technology Center
