To be able to assist local customers more quickly and more comprehensively, BÜCHI Labortechnik GmbH is now selling directly to customers in Austria. Büchi has decided to transfer the responsibility for sales in Austria to its German subsidiary as of 1 January 2008. The affiliate in Essen is one of the oldest sales organisations in the Swiss concern with more than 30 years of experience.

For customers in Austria this will mean that they can enjoy all the advantages of a large sales organisation: direct, quick provision of information, improved training opportunities, access to documentation and wide-ranging application support and service support. The BÜCHI Labortechnik product range includes the latest solutions for evaporation, preparative chromatography, nitrogen determination, extraction as well as FT-NIR systems.

The new sales structure in Austria will make it possible to react quickly to market requirements and also to implement projects that require comprehensive consultancy and service even more professionally.

In future BÜCHI Labortechnik will oversee the Austrian market and further expand its presence with the previous distributor, Laborpartner GmbH in Vienna.
