Process Optimization and Process Safety with NETZSCH Analyzing & Testing

Share:

This year at the ACHEMA 2009, the leading trade show for chemical technology and process industry, NETZSCH Analyzing & Testing will be presenting many highlights geared primarily toward the polymer and pharmaceutical application fields.

New at NETZSCH is the product line of adiabatic reaction calorimeters acquired from TIAX, LLC, USA. These instruments are used primarily in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries for safe and efficient process configuration.

Technologically advanced thermoanalytical measuring systems, such as the unrivaled Photo-DSC 204 F1 Phoenix® with automatic sample changer for the UV-curing of paints, adhesives and dental masses, and the Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer STA 449 F1 Jupiter® with coupled Mass Spectrometer QMS 403 C Aeolos® for comprehensive material characterization, will be demonstrated live in Hall 6.3, Booth N23-O23. In addition, we will be presenting the TG 209 F1 Iris®, also with automatic sample changer. The configuration flexibility of this instrument makes it capable of handling any conceivable application up to 1000°C. In the LFA 447 NanoFlash® Light Flash Apparatus, the laser which is usually employed in LFA is substituted by a powerful Xenon flash lamp. An integrated sample changer and easy access to the sample receptacle allow a high sample throughput for determining the thermal conductivity up to 300°C.

We will also be complementing our exhibit with users' seminars for polymer materials (May 12 and 13, 2009), pharmaceuticals / organics (May 13, 2009), and process safety and thermophysical properties (May 14, 2009), all free of charge.
