Waters Receives Excellence Award for Global Services Delivery and Technical Support
Waters Corporation announced its Waters Division received a 2008 ACE Award for achievement in customer excellence. The award is given by independent survey firm CustomerSAT in recognition of high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
CustomerSAT's surveyed Waters new and continuing customers globally throughout the year on all aspects of their relationships with Waters, such as quality of repair, time to service and technical competency.
